Surviving, not Thriving…It’s Okay! (Zoom Event)

These are not normal circumstances and we understand that thriving is not necessarily an option when we’re all doing our best just to survive. That’s why the Women in Healthcare Oregon Chapter is offering a casual, one-hour virtual conversation for women in various healthcare industries to talk with peers about our experiences, questions, needs, best practices, how to be kind and generous with ourselves, etc… in the time of COVID-19. Find solidarity, make connections, and network for future growth.

Led by leaders from the Oregon Chapter, we will breakout in rooms virtually via Zoom based on topic of interests. Our goal is to provide a virtual space for women in various healthcare industries to talk about their experiences related to COVID-19. Hope you can join us. 

Topics will include:

• Job loss and security
• Working from home — the collapsing of boundaries
• Being on the front lines  — the impact on you and your loved ones
• Strategies for avoiding burn-out
• Learning to love telecommunity
