Join the members of the steering committee of the newly formed Central Virginia Chapter of Women in Healthcare for networking and breakfast. We will also be hosting a viewing of the recent Knowing Your Worth webinar on negotiating skills as a group. Coffee and light refreshments will be available.

Alison Vorsatz, Senior Enterprise Director at Fairygodboss, will discuss the power of negotiating and describe a step-wise approach to hone your skills and prepare for the conversation.

Attendees will learn:

How to figure out what you want and leverage what you have
How to ask for what you want
What you can achieve through negotiating (hint: it’s not just salary!)
