Speakers:
Laura Hollingsworth is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Opry Entertainment Group - Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. Prior to joining Ryman in April of 2018, Laura spent a 29-year career in news media with Gannett Co. and the USA TODAY NETWORK. From 2013 - 2018 she was President and Publisher of The Tennessean in Nashville, TN while simultaneously serving as a Group President with responsibility for 26 U.S. media markets. Prior to being publisher in Nashville, she served six years as President/Publisher of The Des Moines Register in Des Moines, IA. In her current role, Hollingsworth is responsible for shaping and leading the brand, customer and marketing strategy for all Opry Entertainment Group experiences including the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, Ole Red (a partnership with Blake Shelton), WSM Radio and streaming, and Circle, a national television and streaming video-on-demand network serving Country Music and Lifestyle fans. Laura is very active in the Nashville region both professionally and personally. Her passions include family, travel, mentoring next gen leaders, and of course, music.
