In a time of uncertainty, anxiety, and stress we would like to offer our members a 15 minute meditation to help you find balance and refocus. Join us each for one or all of our guided meditations in our series.
Meditations are offered by Suzanne Bond. She is an advanced mindfulness meditation practitioner with certification training through the University of California at Berkley with distinguished teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Suzanne also serves as a mindfulness meditation mentor and her specialty is cultivating happiness.
