Event Description:

The vaccines are here and we can see a light at the end of the tunnel.  So what’s next?  What have we learned from the past and how can it advance our thinking and help us navigate the avalanche of decisions in front of us?  During this session, we’ll look at innovations large and small that emerged from previous pandemics, and discuss strategies for rethinking health and wellbeing in the healthcare workplace including design, space policies, mental and physical health, technology and flexibility.  We will be featuring real-time strategies and projects from health care organizations across the country. After the presentation, we will have breakout sessions to discuss specific topics from Leigh’s presentation followed by a Q&A session.
