Now is the time to live life beyond the ordinary. This 90-minute presentation and yoga class will spark your interest in self-care, mindfulness, healthy eating and of course, yoga.

The seven healthy habits are:

1. You can only control you
2. Move
3. Meditate
4. Sleep
5. Snack
6. Hydration and upgraded food
7. Set smaller goals

What You Need: Mat or towel, water, and space to stretch.


Jenny Chestnut, Registered Yoga Teacher 

Jenny started yoga in 2010 and fell in love with it. She did her first 200 HR RYT training in 2016. As the studio changed directions and started offering different styles of yoga, Jenny was introduced to new formats and philosophies of yoga which made her stronger and open to new approaches. Her trainings have helped her to see different styles and formats and how different bodies align and move.
